  3. Add MAGGI Perencah (mixed with ¾ cups of water), and simmer until sauce thickens. Pour over fish.

Pour 100g IDEAL evaporated milk and simmer for 1 minute.

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3 cm length), for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant.
  3. Add in 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut to 3cm length). Stir fry at medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add in 1 packet  of Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve.

  2. Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
