Ingredients to prepare:-

• 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Assam Fish Paste (200g)
• 300ml Water
• 600g Fish (or other seafood)
• 4 Okra (Lady Fingers), 1 Tomato (cubed), a stalk of Coriander Leaves.

Cooking Instructions:-

1. Mix 1 packet of TEAN'S GOURMET Assam Fish Paste in 400ml water. Bring to boil.
2. Add 600g fish (or other seafood), cover lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Add 4 lady fingers and 1 tomato (cut to preferred sizes) to cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Adjust taste and serve hot.

Ready to serve with rice or noodle, also can be used to stir fry vegetable.
Contains Crustacean Product.
Keep refrigerated after opening.


Ingredient to prepare:-

• 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce
• Cooking Oil
• 60g Brinjal
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 400g mixed vegetable

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3 cm length), for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant.
3. Add in 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut to 3cm length). Stir fry at medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Add in 1 packet  of Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve.

Ingredients to prepare:-

• 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste (200g)
• 1 Chicken (about 1.4 kgs, cut to pieces)
• 2 medium sized Potatoes (cubed)
• 250ml Water
• 600g Fresh Yellow Noodle or Spaghetti.

Cooking instructions:-

1. Mix 1 packet TEAN’S GOURMET Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken and 2 medium potatoes (cut into pieces) to fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
3. Add 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
