Ingredients to prepare:-
- 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste (200g)
- 1 Chicken (about 1.4 kgs, cut to pieces)
- 2 medium sized Potatoes (cubed)
- 250ml Water
- 600g Fresh Yellow Noodle or Spaghetti.
- Mix 1 packet TEAN’S GOURMET Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken and 2 medium potatoes (cut into pieces) to fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
- Add 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
