Ingredient to prepare:-
- 1 packet Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce
- Cooking Oil
- 60g Brinjal
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 400g mixed vegetable
- Heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3 cm length), for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant.
- Add in 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut to 3cm length). Stir fry at medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add in 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve.
