Adabi Chicken and Meat Curry Powder

Meat Curry Recipe:
Ingredients
1 packet of meat curry powder ADABI
3/4 seed oil
11 pieces red onion
5 cloves garlic
600gm beef
1 inch ginger
1/2 inch cinnamon
5 cloves star anise
2 cloves flowers
Cooking oil
Sour Java
Salt to taste


Cooking Instructions:

  1. 6 red onion pounded with ginger and 5 cloves garlic.
  2. Mix acid Java into it and put curry powder and then mixed with the meat.
  3. 5 red onion finely sliced and pan-fried with mixed earlier. Mix with 3 cups of water. Cook until meat is tender (1 / 2 hours) and add coconut.
  4. Combine the cinnamon, star anise and cloves. Leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in salt to taste.
  6. Prepare for the meal.

Chicken and Meat Kurma Recipe:
Ingredients
24gm (1 packet) Adabi Chicken & Meat Kurma (add water and mix into a paste)
600gm Chicken or meat
90ml (1/2 cup) Coconut milk
90ml (7-8 tablespoon) Cooking oil
560ml (3 cups) Water
2 pieces Onion (1 piece for saute and 1 piece to be cut into four)
4 pieces Garlic
3 pieces Potato
A bit of ginger
Salt (up to taste)


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Slice onion, garlic and ginger and saute them for awhile
  2. Add in Adabi Chicken & Meat Kurma paste. Stir until fragrant
  3. Add in chicken or meat and water. Put on the cover and let it cook until the meat tender.
  4. Then pour in the coconut milk, the quarterly cut onion and potato. Let it cook until the potato soft.
  5. Add salt up to taste.
  6. The dish is ready to serve.

Adabi Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste

Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste Recipe:
Ingredients
300gm (3/4 Cup) Rice Vermicelli
10 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 Packet Adabi's Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste
150ml (3/4 cup) Water
Vegetables
Prawn
Squid
Meat


Cooking Method:

  1. Soak 300gm of rice vermicelli until soft and drain well. Heat 10 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  2. Saute ADABI'S FRIED RICE VERMICELLI PASTE using LOW HEAT.
  3. Add in 150ml (3/4 cup) of water. Add vegetables, prawn, squid or meat as desired.
  4. Add drained rice vermicelli and stir well. Ready to serve.
