Chicken and Meat Kurma Recipe:
Ingredients
24gm (1 packet) Adabi Chicken & Meat Kurma (add water and mix into a paste)
600gm Chicken or meat
90ml (1/2 cup) Coconut milk
90ml (7-8 tablespoon) Cooking oil
560ml (3 cups) Water
2 pieces Onion (1 piece for saute and 1 piece to be cut into four)
4 pieces Garlic
3 pieces Potato
A bit of ginger
Salt (up to taste)

24gm (1 packet) Adabi Chicken & Meat Kurma (add water and mix into a paste)
600gm Chicken or meat
90ml (1/2 cup) Coconut milk
90ml (7-8 tablespoon) Cooking oil
560ml (3 cups) Water
2 pieces Onion (1 piece for saute and 1 piece to be cut into four)
4 pieces Garlic
3 pieces Potato
A bit of ginger
Salt (up to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice onion, garlic and ginger and saute them for awhile
- Add in Adabi Chicken & Meat Kurma paste. Stir until fragrant
- Add in chicken or meat and water. Put on the cover and let it cook until the meat tender.
- Then pour in the coconut milk, the quarterly cut onion and potato. Let it cook until the potato soft.
- Add salt up to taste.
- The dish is ready to serve.
