- 500g Chicken / Meat
- Stir fry 25g shallot in 2 tbsp hot cooking oil until aromatic
- Add in 1 cup water, MAGGI KICAP REMPAH PASTE and bring to boil.
- Add 500g chicken pieces, 10g thin tamarind juice and 1 cup water. Simmer until sauce thickens.
