1 Litre Water
2 MAGGI CHICKEN STOCK Cube
2 tbsp cooking oil
15gm shallots
5gm garlic
5gm ginger
300gm chicken breast
100gm potatoes
1/2 tsp pepper powder


Servings:
Stock Cubes : 2 cubes for 1 litre soup
Concentrated Liquid Chicken Stock : 1 tsp makes 1 bowl soup (150ml)

FISH & VEGETABLES SOUP


Servings: 6 Persons
1 tbsp cooking oil


Ingredients A
15gm shallots, pounded
5gm garlic,pounded
5gm ginger, pounded


Ingredients B
300gm boneless fish,cut into small pieces
100gm Chinese cabbage, sliced
1 liter water
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 MAGGI Ikan Bilis Stock Cube


Garnishing:   
1 tbsp spring onion, sliced


Preparation: 
Heat cooking oil and saut ingredient A until aromatic
Add ingredient B.
Bring to boil and simmer until the vegetables is tender.
Springkle with spring onion
Served hot.
