TOM YAM CUBES

Knorr Tom Yam Cubes is tasty and is made from authentic spice mix recipe into bouillon cubes. Use Knorr Tom Yam Cubes to prepare an aromatic tom yam chicken or seafood soup and you are on the way to become the best chef in town. Cooking a delicious and mouth-watering tom yam soup for steamboat is now also made convenient for all tom yam lovers!

Preparation :-

1.75 litre water
- 1 1/2 Knorr Tom Yam Cubes
- 2 stalks lemon grass, crushed
- 300g medium sized prawns
- 300g squids, washed and cut into 5cm length
- 300g clams
- 150g rice noodles, soaked in water until soft and toss
- 4 birds eye chili, crushed
- 3 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 stalk coriander leaves, cut into 3cm length
- Salt to taste
- Fish Sauce to taste

Cooking Instructions :-

Add water, Knorr Tom Yam Cube and lemongrass in a pot to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add prawns, squids and clams and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until clam shells are opened (ensure do not overcook). Add rice noodles and birds eye chilli (to taste). Add salt or fish sauce to taste.
Garnish with Kaffir lime leaves and coriander leaves and serves immediately.
