Beef Rib Soup Spices Recipe:
Ingredients
1kg of beef ribs
1/2 inch of ginger - crush
5 pieces of shallot - grind / blend
3 pieces of garlic - grind / blend
4 pieces potato
1 packet of Adabi Beef Rib Soup Spices
10 cups of water
2-3 stalks of celery
2-3 stalks of spring onion

Beef Rib Soup Spices Recipe:

1kg of beef ribs
1/2 inch of ginger - crush
5 pieces of shallot - grind / blend
3 pieces of garlic - grind / blend
4 pieces potato
1 packet of Adabi Beef Rib Soup Spices
10 cups of water
2-3 stalks of celery
2-3 stalks of spring onion
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil 1kg of beef ribs with 10 cups of water until tender
- Crush 1/2 inch of ginger, pound 5 shallots and 3 clove garlics into fine texture. Saute all these ingredients together with the added spices (provided in ADABI SOUP SPICES packet) till fragrant.
- Add in the beef ribs together with the stock, potatoes (4 pieces) and a packet of Adabi Soup Spices. Simmer for an hour until tender.
- Remove from heat and add in 2-3 stalks of celery and spring onion. Dish out and garnish with fried onions.
