ENERCAL PLUS is specially designed to provide balanced nutrition for use as supplementary food. ENERCAL PLUS  is specifically formulated with a 100% vegetable oil blend making it low in cholesterol. It is hingh in vitamin D, which helps the body utilize calcium and phosphorus, as well as vitamin A, C, E, B12 and folic acid, and contains high-quality protein to help build and repair body tissues.

For use as nutritional supplement: ENERCAL PLUS can be consumed with a meal or between meals to increase nutrients in the diet. Preparation instructions must be followed as listed on the can, along with your physician’s or health advisor’s instructions for using this product.

Direction for use:

Prepare ENERCAL PLUS using only the enclosed scoop.

STRICTLY FOLLOW HOSPITAL PROCEDURES FOR PREPARATION, STORAGE AND HANDLING.

1. Wash hands, clean all preparation surfaces, feeding equipment and utensils before preparation.
2. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes. Cool water to a lukewarm temperature. Pour correct amount of water into glass or feeding container.
3. Using only the scoop provided, measure the correct amount of powder. Level each scoop with the back of a clean, dry knife. Add the powder to the water. Mix well until dissolved.
4. Drink ENERCAL PLUS immediately; discard any unfinished portion.
5. If prepared product cannot be used immediately, store in the refrigerator for no longer than 24 hours. 

Keep can in cool, dry place. Always replace lid after use. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Discard remaining powde after 4 weeks.

Avoid storage at excessive temperatures. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the can.

ENERCAL PLUS IS NOT FOR PARENTERAL USE.

Not intended for use in young children unless recommended by a physician or qualified health care professional.

Use Knorr Tom Yam Cubes to prepare an aromatic tom yam chicken or seafood soup and you are on the way to become the best chef in town. Cooking a delicious and mouth-watering tom yam soup for steamboat is now also made convenient for all tom yam lovers!

Preparation :-

• 1.75 litre water
• - 1 1/2 Knorr Tom Yam Cubes
• - 2 stalks lemon grass, crushed
• - 300g medium sized prawns
• - 300g squids, washed and cut into 5cm length
• - 300g clams
• - 150g rice noodles, soaked in water until soft and toss
• - 4 birds eye chili, crushed
• - 3 pcs Kaffir lime leaves
• - 2 stalk coriander leaves, cut into 3cm length
• - Salt to taste
• - Fish Sauce to taste

Cooking Instructions :-

1. Add water, Knorr Tom Yam Cube and lemongrass in a pot to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Add prawns, squids and clams and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until clam shells are opened (ensure do not overcook). Add rice noodles and birds eye chilli (to taste). Add salt or fish sauce to taste.
3. Garnish with Kaffir lime leaves and coriander leaves and serves immediately.

1. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil and fry 500g of lean meat pieces for 3 minutes.
