Cooking instructions:-

  1. Mix 1 packet TEAN’S GOURMET Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken and 2 medium potatoes (cut into pieces) to fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add 200ml coconut milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
