Tom Yam Kung Paste Recipe:
Ingredients
1 packet of Adabi Tom Yam Kung Paste
150gm prawn/seafood (medium size of 12-15 pieces)
400ml water (2 cups)
2 stalks lemon grass
2 pieces bird's eye chilli
2-3 pieces oyster mushroom
1 piece kaffir leave
1 unit tomato
1 unit onion
2-3 stalks spring onion

Tom Yam Kung Paste Recipe:

150gm prawn/seafood (medium size of 12-15 pieces)
400ml water (2 cups)

Cooking Instruction:
- Boil ADABI TOM YAM KUNG PASTE with 150gm (medium size of 12-15 pieces) prawn/seafood in 400ml (2 cups) of water.
- Add in lemon grass (2 stalks), bird's eye chilli ( 2 pieces), oyster mushroom (2-3 pieces), kaffir leave (1piece), tomato (1 unit), onion (1 unit), and spring onion (2-3 stalks).
- Note: Add in 2 teaspoon of evaporated milk/coconut milk for a more tasteful ADABI TOM YAM KUNG.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes. Ready to serve
