Adabi Grilled Fish Paste

Grilled Fish Paste Recipe:
Cooking method:
Grilled fish


Ingredients
1 packet ADABI GRILLED FISH PASTE
2 packs Mackerel (Large size)
A few pieces of Banana Leaf wiped and cleaned.


Cooking Instruction:

  1. Clean and wash the fish well. Marinate the fish between 5-8 minutes with ADABI Grilled Fish Paste.
  2. Wrap each fish neatly in the banana leaf. Heat a grille pan with a little cooking oil and grill the fish on both sides.
  3. Once cooked, serve with 'Air Asam'.



Traditional Air Asam Sauce (for 2 servings)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup 50ml water
1 Teaspoon 15g Adabi xtra Tamarind Paste
5 pcs Birds eye chilli (sliced coarsely)
1/2 pc Onion (cut into cubes)
1/2 pc Tomato (cut into cubes)
1 pc Calamansi Lime (juice only)
Salt and sugar into taste

  1. Dilute the ADABI XTRA Tamarind Paste with water.
  2. Add in calamines lime juice together with sugar and Salt for taste.
  3. Add in tomato, onions and birds eye chilli pieces into the mixture. Serve it together with grilled fish.
